Modus Operandi
For security purposes and to ensure our daily operation is not disturbed; we have developed the following modus operandi for our services.
Face-To-Face Mediation
- Not needed as we are operating online mediation.
- Not needed as it is not necessary because we are chatting between claimant, defendant and the mediator.
Online Mediation
To maintain the connectivity between parties and the mediator; please make sure you have the following.
Desktop
- Internet: Minimum speed must be 6-MB provided by any Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Internet Browser: Any latest and updated browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer (IE).
Mobile
- Internet: Minimum speed must be 6-MB provided by your Mobile Carrier.
- Internet Browser: Any latest and updated browser such as Chrome, Safari, etc.
Private Information
- PKODR may collect CNIC.
- PKODR does not require you to upload.
Usage Description
Desktop
- You must be able to use and handle mouse and keyboard when entering information.
- You must be able to sit long hours on chair and wait for parties to exchange information so that mediation can be concluded.
Mobile
- You must be able to use any mobile and handle taps and use of entering information.
- You must be able to wait for parties to chat and exchange information so that mediation can be concluded.
Internet Usage
https://www.pkodr.com is a hosted platform. In order to access the site, you need an Internet access. If your Internet access is slow, please have patience as jittering and delay in exchanging information can lag.
PKODR has made sure that our system is light-weighted and should work on minimal Internet speed. Sometimes Mobile Data has high jittering rate.
